What is Bulila’s returns and right of withdrawal policy?
In the event that the user is not satisfied with the products received in her/his order, the user, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without penalty and without having to indicate the reasons.
However, the User will be responsible for the direct cost of return to Bulila, whether he/she returns the order in its entirety or decides to return only some of the products in the order.
The return must be made in accordance with Bulila’s returns policy. Bulila will indicate how to ship the order to its offices or warehouses.
Bulila is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires for the return of the order. In this regard, Bulila recommends the User to ask the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has delivered the product to Bulila's offices, so that the User has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to Bulila.
The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs via courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that accompany it. If this is not done by the User or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer depreciation or that Bulila may refuse the return.
Once Bulila receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Bulila will proceed to refund all amounts paid by the User. If the User decides to return the order in its entirety, Bulila will refund the User all amounts paid (including the shipping costs of the purchase, not the return).
Bulila will offer, instead of a refund, the possibility of sending a new product or the amount paid as a promotional code for future purchases. If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, Bulila will not be able to refund the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.
Bulila informs Users that the refund period will depend on the method of payment used by the User to purchase the product:
- If the User has made the payment by credit or debit card, Bulila will refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days of the User's decision to terminate the contract.
- If the User paid by PAYPAL, Bulila will refund the amount paid within 24-48 business hours after the User decided to terminate the contract. In any case, Bulila will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the User informed of his decision to withdraw from the contract.

Are your peştemals made from linen or cotton?
Our pestemals are made from linen as we are very aware of conserving our water resources. Linen production requires significantly less water than cotton. On average, cultivating flax, the plant used to produce linen, needs about 500 litres of water per kilogram of fibre, whereas cotton uses approximately 7,000 litres for the same amount.
