Bulila – Terms of Service (B2B)

1. Company Information

Bulila is the trading name of Bulila Living Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. Registered Office: Papaefstathiou Street 3, Nata, 8525 Paphos, Cyprus Contact: caren@bulila.com

These Terms govern access to and use of www.bulila.com and all orders placed through the website. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Business Customers Only

Bulila sells exclusively to business customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of business.

EU consumer protection laws, including 14-day cooling-off rights, do not apply.

3. Account Registration

Trade access is required to place orders. Bulila reserves the right to approve or decline applications and suspend or terminate accounts.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and ensuring all information provided is accurate.

4. Products

Bulila supplies material-led, artisanal products for interiors.

Due to the nature of handmade and natural materials, variations in colour, texture and finish are inherent and not defects.

Product descriptions and images are provided for guidance only.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Bulila and become binding once confirmed in writing.

Bulila reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are confirmed at the order stage.

Payment terms: 50% deposit to confirm order and 50% balance prior to dispatch.

Orders will not proceed until payment is received.

Bulila reserves the right to delay or cancel orders where payment terms are not met.

7. Made-to-Order & Sourced Products

Certain items are sourced or produced specifically for your order. Once confirmed, these orders are final and cannot be cancelled or returned.

8. Shipping

Shipping is available within Cyprus and the EU (on request). Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Risk transfers to the client upon delivery to the specified address.

9. Returns & Claims

All returns, claims and refunds are governed by Bulila's Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Bulila until paid in full.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulila's liability is limited to the value of goods supplied.

Bulila is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue or reputation.

12. Force Majeure

Bulila is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including supplier delays, transport disruptions, natural events or government restrictions.

13. Use of Website

Users may not use the website for unlawful purposes or interfere with its functionality.

Bulila reserves the right to restrict access in cases of misuse.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Bulila and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

15. Third-Party Links

Bulila is not responsible for content or services of third-party websites linked from this site.

16. Amendments

Bulila reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication.

These Terms may be translated. The English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
