Shipping policy

These policies form part of Bulila’s terms of trade and apply to all orders.

Shipping Policy (B2B – Cyprus & EU)

Shipping Area:

Bulila currently ships within Cyprus and the EU (on request)

Standard Products: (Cushions, Linen Wraps, Scent Blocks)

Delivery: 3–5 working days (Cyprus)

Shipping cost: €35 nationwide (Cyprus)

Orders are dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared

Other Products / EU Orders:

Shipping timelines confirmed at time of order

Shipping cost based on weight, size and destination

Final shipping cost added to final invoice

Dispatch & Delivery:

Delivery times are estimates only

Bulila is not liable for courier delays

 Risk & Ownership:

Risk transfers to the client upon delivery

Bulila is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery

Client must ensure correct delivery details and receipt

Failed Deliveries:

Re-delivery costs due to incorrect address or absence are charged to the client

Inspection Requirement:

Goods must be inspected within 48 hours

Issues must be reported with photo evidence
