Shipping policy

These policies form part of Bulila's terms of trade and apply to all orders.

Shipping Area

Bulila ships within Cyprus and to countries within the European Union.

Standard Products

For cushions, linen wraps and shipped within Cyprus:

  • Delivery: 3–4 working days from dispatch
  • Shipping cost: €35 nationwide within Cyprus
  • Orders are dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared

EU Orders and Non-Standard Products

For EU orders and all products other than cushions and linen wraps:

  • Production timelines are confirmed at the time of order
  • Shipping costs are calculated according to weight, size and destination
  • Final shipping costs are quoted when the order is ready to dispatch
  • Shipping costs may vary due to courier rates, fuel charges, energy costs and other transport-related fluctuations

Final shipping costs are added to the final invoice and dispatched once final payment has been received.

VAT

All prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Orders delivered within Cyprus are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate of 19%. VAT treatment for customers in other EU countries will be applied in accordance with applicable EU VAT regulations and may depend on the customer's VAT registration status and country of delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Bulila is not liable for courier/shipping delays or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Risk & Ownership

Risk transfers to the client upon delivery. Bulila is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery. The client is responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.

Failed Deliveries

Any additional delivery, storage, or redelivery costs caused by incorrect delivery details or an absence at the delivery address will be charged to the client.

Inspection Requirement

Goods must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage, defect or discrepancy must be reported in writing, with photographic evidence and order reference, within this 24-hour period to caren@bulila.com
