How the trade application process works
1. Apply for Trade Access
Submit your trade application via the Bulila website.
2. Application Review
Your application is reviewed and approved by Bulila.
3. Account Setup
Once approved, you will be able to login to the Bulila trade portal.
4. Place Your Order
Log in and select the products you wish to order.
5. Proforma Invoice Issued
Bulila will send a proforma invoice outlining your order details.
6. Order Confirmation
You confirm the order in writing.
7. Deposit Invoice (50%)
A first invoice for 50% of the order value is issued.
8. Production Begins
Once payment is received, Bulila places the order with supplier(s).
9. Final Invoice (50%)
When your order is ready for dispatch, the remaining 50% invoice is issued (including shipping).
10. Final Payment
Payment of the balance is required before dispatch.
11. Dispatch & Tracking
Your order is shipped and a tracking number is provided.
